Hermione (Form II) stole the show competing in 3 individual events and breaking the record in each: Hurdles, 800m and Long Jump – an outstanding achievement. It is no surprise therefore that Hermione was awarded the Victor Ludorum Cup for the most outstanding athlete of the day.
Anoushka (Form IV) also shone once again in the Hurdles and now holds the Intermediate record and behind Hermione won the next highest point total for Austen. Georgie, Libby, Floria (Form II) and Minty (Form I) also scored highly for their respective Houses.
I would like to say a HUGE thank you to all my colleagues, without whom the day would not be possible, and of course to the girls, many of whom achieved personal bests, fell but had the courage to get back up and carry on. Well done!
