A great fun evening of polo was had by all at the Berkshire polo club, with our long-awaited matches against Eton finally happening.
Heathfield Sapphires played the Eton B team with our Heathfield players stepping up in their game and playing the best I have ever seen. Eton won by a narrow margin but, Heathfield showed determination and a great display of talent.
Our Heathfield Rubies came out flying, immediately demonstrating their newly acquired polo knowledge, learnt from hours of dedication by our coach Miles. They took on the Eton C team of beginners and in all 3 chukkas showed some smart moves and tactics. Heathfield came out the winners of this match, a fantastic result.
