On Wednesday, we welcomed over 100 pupils from Coworth Flexlands, Maltman’s Green, Norland Place and St George’s Windsor Castle to take part in a fantastic afternoon of POP Lacrosse.
POP Lacrosse is a non-contact version of Lacrosse, using smaller, lighter sticks and large, softer Lacrosse balls. The children were put into six teams and started learning and practising the basic skills required in Lacrosse. Towards the end of the session they played a mini tournament and rounded the afternoon off with a delicious Heathfield tea. They all had a wonderful time and we look forward to seeing some of them back at Heathfield again very soon.
