Day Pupils at Heathfield

Since day students were first admitted to the school in 2015, this option has grown in popularity. Day students are an integral and valued part of the school community and are embracing the many advantages that Heathfield has to offer, in and out of the classroom. Our strong academic record combined with our excellent pastoral care ensures students live and learn in a challenging, supportive and happy environment. Heathfield’s deliberately small size means students receive focused, individual attention enabling them to flourish and grow with confidence.

Heathfield offers flexible days to suit your family life; whether day students want to come to school for breakfast or for the beginning of school, leave after lessons or stay on for an evening or weekend activity they are involved in. They are also welcome to stay on to complete Prep or to stay for supper. Day students are expected to honour commitments to Saturday sports fixtures but are also welcome to participate in any other weekend activities on the programme and, if there is space, they can book ahead to stay over. Day students have full access to all the facilities and activities open to boarders.

Transport is available for day students subject to demand.
