A special mention must go to Amber (Form III) who played the guitar and sang Wake Me Up by Avicii and Lizzy (Form V) who performed 633 Squadron by Ron Goodwin on the horn. Both girls stepped in at the very last minute to substitute for some girls who were unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances. Other highlights included Hermione (Form II) on the clarinet playing Rumba du Soir, Lydia (Form III) singing Secret Lone and Ms Reynolds on the oboe playing Bring Him Home from Les Miserables. The concert finished with Form I and II choir jointly performing Breakfast Calypso in rounds. All in all, the music department has put on another successful lunchtime concert and we look forward to the next.
