There is no better way to get a true sense of a school than to experience it for yourself. At Heathfield we love welcoming families through our gates and giving you the opportunity to see our community in action. Come and discover what makes Heathfield special, meet our students and staff, and explore the many opportunities available to every student.

We offer several ways to visit, each providing a different insight into life at Heathfield. Whether you are just beginning to explore your options or are already considering Heathfield for your son or daughter, we hope a visit will give you the opportunity to get to know our school and discover whether it feels like the right fit for your family.

Meet the Head

Our Meet the Head mornings are a wonderful introduction to Heathfield. You will visit with a small group of other families, beginning with a warm welcome from our Admissions Manager, Jane Woodhams. You will then explore the school with Jane or some of our Sixth Form students.

After your tour, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some refreshments with Jonathan Williams, our Headmaster, and Jane. It is a relaxed chance to ask questions, find out more about the Heathfield experience and discuss the next steps towards joining our community.

Held throughout the year, our Meet the Head mornings are a lovely way to discover Heathfield for the first time – or to refresh your memory if you have visited us before.

Our Meet the Head events are taking place throughout this term:

  • Tuesday 13 October – 11:00 – 12:30
  • Friday 20 November – 11:00 – 12:30
  • Tuesday 01 December – 11:00 – 12:30

You will be shown around by a member of our Admissions Team, and we can tailor your visit around your son or daughter’s interests and questions. It is a chance to explore the school at your own pace and begin to discover the individual experience your child will have at Heathfield.
