Sixth Form Photography students recently took part in a fashion and styling workshop led by tutors with experience at the London College of Fashion. Beginning with a piece of music, a live performance and a visual stimulus, students developed their own creative narratives and photographic concepts.

Using pinhole photography, they explored how traditional techniques can create atmospheric images and support visual storytelling. Students also investigated the impact of styling, carefully selecting outfits while considering texture, fabric and silhouette to strengthen their ideas.

The workshop concluded with presentations and discussions, allowing students to share their work and creative journeys. It was an inspiring experience that combined photography, fashion and storytelling while providing valuable insight into professional creative practice.
